मनाइए विश्व हिन्दी दिवस, कुछ बेहतरीन पुस्तकों के साथ। इसमें अपना 'गोल' पाने का जुनून है, तो अंतरिक्ष में अपनी आवाज़ का परचम लहराने वाली धुन की कहानी भी, भाषा की विविधता का जश्न मनाते ऊल-जुलूल गीत हैं, तो नदी के खूबसूरत संसार में डुबकी लगाने का रोमांच भी! तो चलिए किताबों के इस खूबसूरत संसार में और अनुभव कीजिए पठन का अद्भुत रोमांच!

प्रथम बुक्स बाल साहित्य में हमेशा कुछ नया करने की कोशिश करता है। हमारा लक्ष्य ही है ‘हर बच्चे के हाथ में एक किताब’। हर बच्चे के हाथ में किताब पहुँचाने का आशय है कि किताबें उनकी भाषा में हों। हम सभी जानते हैं कि हिन्दी भारत सें सबसे अधिक बोली जाने वाली भाषा है। अतः हर बच्चे के हाथ में किताब पहुँचाने के लिए हिन्दी में अच्छी, मनोरंजक, ज्ञानवर्धक और गुणवत्तापूर्ण किताबों का होना आवश्यक है। प्रथम बुक्स की किताबें इस दृष्टि से उल्लेखनीय हैं। इनमें हालिया की कुछ बेहतरीन पुस्तके हैं ‘गोल’, ‘एक धुन अंतरिक्ष में’, ‘चलतुन्दि-चलतुन्दि : हिन्दी-तेलुगु ऊल-जलूल गीत’, ‘तंगम चट्टम : हिन्दी-मलयालम ऊल-जलूल गीत’ और ‘नदी’।  

1. गोल : गोल महज़ फुटबॉल का गोल नहीं, लड़कियों की सफलता का परचम है। परचम दायरों से बाहर जाने का। परचम रूढ़ियों को तोड़ने का, परचम कुछ नया करने का। लड़कियाँ किसी भी समुदाय या किसी भी वर्ग की क्यों ना हों, वह हर जगह परचम लहरा रही हैं। इसी का सबूत है मुंब्रा का परचम फाउंडेशन। हमारी कहानी की हीना अपनी दोस्त इनायत और सबा दीदी से प्रभावित हो फुटबॉल खेलने की इच्छा जाहिर करती है। अम्मी-अब्बू के थोड़े ना-नुकुर के बाद आख़िरकार वह उन्हें मना ही लेती है। मन में बहुत से डर हैं, पर आगे बढ़ने का जज़्बा भी तो है! आख़िरकार हमारी हीना अपना ‘गोल’ हासिल कर ही लेती है। नेहा सिंह और सबा खान द्वारा लिखित और अलाफिया हसन और प्य्रो ड्रास द्वारा चित्रित कहानी यहाँ पढ़ें

 

2. एक धुन अंतरिक्ष में : लड़कियाँ बहुत पुराने समय से अपनी कामयबी का परचम लहरा रही हैं। ये बात और है कि हम में से कई उनकी सफलताओं से अनभिज्ञ हैं। हम में से कितने लोग हैं जो केसरबाई केरकर के बारे में जानते हैं? बहुत कम। केसरबाई की आवाज़ हिन्दुस्तान की इकलौती आवाज़ है जिसे ‘वॉयजर’ में शामिल किया गया, जो अंतरिक्ष में गुंजायमान है। केसरबाई केरकर ने यह परचम यूँ ही नहीं हासिल किया। उन्होंने अपने युग की कई रूढ़ियों को तोड़ा था। वह शास्त्रीय संगीत के सबसे मुश्किल रूप, ख़याल गायिका बनीं। उन्होंने महफिलों, कार्यक्रमों में पालथी मारकर गाया। शास्त्रीय गायन के क्षेत्र में ऐसा करने वाली वह पहली महिला थीं। नेहा सिंह द्वारा लिखित और अनूदित, और शुभश्री माथुर द्वारा चित्रित यह कहानी यहाँ पढ़ें

 

 

3. चलतुन्दि-चलतुन्दि: हिन्दी-तेलुगु ऊल-जलूल गीत : यह एक मज़ेदार बाल गीत है, जिसे तेलुगु शब्दों की मदद से रचा गया है। बच्चे जब इसे बोलकर पढ़ते हैं तो उन्हें मज़ा आता है! इससे वह अन्य भाषाओं के शब्दों और ध्वनियों के बारे में जान पाते हैं और उनका आनन्द लेते हैं। यह ऊल-जलूल गीत हमें अपने देश की भाषाओं के वैविध्य और उनकी खूबसूरती से भी परिचित कराता है। इसके लेखक और अनुवादक चिन्मय धारूरकर एक भाषाविद हैं और 14 से अधिक भाषाओं के जानकार हैं। वह भाषा की बारीकियों से अच्छी तरह परिचित हैं। इसलिए उनके द्वारा रचित यह ऊल-जलूल गीत उल्लेखनीय है।  इस पुस्तक के चित्र बनाएँ हैं पल्लवी जैन ने, यहाँ पढ़ें

 

4तंगम चट्टम : हिन्दी-मलयालम ऊल-जलूल गीत : चिन्मय धारूरकर द्वारा लिखित और अनूदित यह एक और मज़ेदार ऊल-जलूल गीत है। इसे मलयालम शब्दों की मदद से रचा गया है। इसे भी जब बच्चे बोलकर पढ़ते हैं तो अधिक लुत्फ उठाते हैं। यह गीत ना सिर्फ़ मलयालम और हिन्दी भाषा की मिलीजुली खूबसूरती का परिचायक है, बल्कि इन भाषा समुदायों के सांस्कृतिक वैविध्य और खूबसूरती का भी परिचायक है। पल्लवी जैन द्वारा चित्रित इस पुस्तक को यहाँ पढ़ें

 

5. नदी : यह कविता नदी की खूबसूरती और इसके महत्त्व को रेखांकित करती है। कवि लिखता है, नदी क्या है? इंद्रधनुष के झूले पर सवार वर्षा की बूँदों की बहार, किसी घड़ियाल की दारोगाई गश्त वाली किट-किट की पुकार और जादुई-सा रुपहला संसार! इस कविता में हम नदी के झिलमिल संसार में डुबकी लगाते हैं। कविता के लेखक हैं मशहूर बाल लेखक, सम्पादक और अनुवादक सुशील शुक्ल। रोशनी व्याम द्वारा चित्रित यह कविता यहाँ पढ़ें

प्रथम बुक्स की ये किताबें ना सिर्फ़ नारी शक्ति के परचम की परिचायक हैं, बल्कि हिन्दी सहित अन्य भारतीय भाषाओं के बाल साहित्य में विषय की विवधता की भी परिचायक हैं। इनमें कहानियाँ हैं, काव्य हैं, मिली-जुली भाषाओं का वृंद है, नदी की कलकल और रुपहला संसार है।

5. Tree’s Company: a play: A wonderful play that includes three stories about three special trees about the importance of plants in our lives.
