StoryWeaver is celebrating #LaughterMonth to ring in the new year! Here are some books that will bring a sprinkle of laughter, a dash of chuckles and even a guffaw or two into your life.

1. The Girl Who Could Not Stop Laughing written by Meera Ganapati and illustrated by ROSH, revolves around little T.Sundari who just can’t seem to stop laughing even when it gets her in trouble. She wonders if it's a problem that she should do something about. Her plans to control her laughter fails until she goes to her brother. Does he have a cure? 2. Lesley Beake's It Wasn't Me from BookDash is beautifully illustrated book by Gwendolene van der. This cheerful book tells the tale of what happens when a mother leaves her kids and the pets home alone. What could possibly go wrong? Let’s find out here.
3. It's All the Cat's Fault written by Anushka Ravishankar and illustrated by Priya Kuriyan is about a boy who gets scolded for not completing his homework. He, however, has a legitimate excuse! Pratham Books is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our digital team. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore.
The candidate will be responsible for
Designing picture books for print.
Adapting original design files (in print), and converting it into sizes and designs that are suitable for StoryWeaver - Pratham Books’ digital story platform.
Working closely with our Content Team to create and adapt content for digital and print mediums.
Working closely with the production team for the first print run of the books.

Required skills:
Expertise in InDesign Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw
Basic graphic design skills and an interest in book layouts
Basic understanding of the printing process (digital and offset)
Minimum one to three years of relevant experience
Ability to work quickly and accurately on design files
Be a team player, quick learner
Good communication skills

Job Description
We are looking for an Outreach Manager who can forge strategic partnerships to facilitate the use of StoryWeaver’s digital resources with organizations that have programs which promote reading and learning among children. The Manager will be responsible for strategizing and executing plans to increase the user base of StoryWeaver and also provide the necessary training and support to the partner network. The Manager will also work with the internal team to shape and guide strategies based on partner inputs and feedback.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential partners and strategize, design and execute plans to onboard them as StoryWeaver users.
Create and execute robust work plans for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual goals
Provide training and support to the partner network
Provide information and feedback to the internal team based on partner feedback and essentially be a bridge between the internal and external stakeholders
Help with research and documentation for impact assessment
Qualifications
5+ years plus work experience in Sales, Marketing, Outreach or related areas.
Experience in a programmatic function in the development sector
Exceptional interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
Ability to gather data, analyze information, and prepare reports and documents
Strong program planning and implementation skills.
Location: This role is based out of Delhi and is full-time.
